Terms of Use

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16, legally able to agree to these Terms, and provide accurate registration information. RAW has no parental-consent signup. Protect your credentials; do not impersonate anyone, sell accounts, or evade enforcement.

The service and authenticity

RAW is designed around photos captured inside the app. Do not bypass capture integrity or misrepresent when, where, or by whom content was captured. RAW may crop, rotate, mirror, resize, compress, or create previews for technical and presentation purposes. A timestamp or RAW badge is provenance information, not a guarantee that a person, scene, caption, or claim is truthful.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Ien Meier, as RAW’s operator, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, technically adapt, transmit, display, and moderate it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote RAW according to your audience choices. Public content and public links may be displayed with previews and attribution. The license ends on deletion except for reasonable deletion time, rotating backups, legal/safety retention, and copies lawfully retained by others.

• Share only content you have rights and permissions to use.
• An unlock permits the recipient to share the moment inside RAW with attribution; it does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated use.
• Audience controls cannot prevent screenshots or off-platform copying.

Conduct and moderation

Follow the Community Guidelines. RAW may review reports, filter or remove content, reduce distribution, restrict features, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and report conduct when reasonably necessary. Decisions may occur without prior notice in urgent cases. Appeals may be sent to support@rawmoments.app within 30 days; RAW aims to acknowledge them within 7 days but does not promise a particular outcome.

Credits and cosmetics

RAW credits and cosmetics are limited, revocable service features with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed. RAW may correct balances affected by error, fraud, or abuse. These Terms do not authorize paid purchases; separate compliant purchase terms are required before introducing them.

Copyright

Rights holders can use the process on the Support and Safety page. RAW may remove content and restrict repeat infringers. Counter-notices are handled where the applicable law provides one; knowingly false notices may create liability.

Deletion, availability, and changes

You can delete your account in Account settings. The Privacy Policy explains what is removed, delayed in backups, retained by others, or narrowly kept for law and safety. RAW may change, suspend, or discontinue features and does not promise uninterrupted service or permanent preservation of content.

Disclaimers, liability, and disputes

RAW is provided “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
